Recognizing and Understanding Depression in the Elderly

On Wednesday evening April 7, 2010 at 6:30 P.M. Trinity’s Ministry and Outreach Commission is proud to present Dr. Christopher Dalton, a Clinical Psychologist who has many patients here in the Highland Lakes area.  Dr. Dalton will discuss Recognizing and Understanding Depression in the Elderly.  Dr. Dalton is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (1994) with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a concentration in geriatric counseling.

This new outreach project has evolved because several parishioners here at Trinity Episcopal Church have the loving responsibility of caring for an elderly parent.  Through this and future presentations it is our hope to provide opportunities for education and mutual support to better equip us all for this sacred but often difficult ministry.

The Ministry and Outreach Commission invites interested persons to join us on April 7th. for this informative presentation. Dr. Dalton’s presentation will be followed by a question and answer period.
