Commissions
Worship
Mission: To plan and oversee the worship services of the church.
EDUCATION
Mission: To oversee and develop Christian education classes, events and curriculum for youth, teens and adults.
COMMUNICATIONS
Mission: To develop programs that communicate the life and ministry of Trinity Parish to its members and the Highland Lakes community. Responsible for the Trinity Trumpet, the Trinity website, the Trinity Guide and This Week at Trinity.
PASTORAL CARE
The mission of the Pastoral Care Commission is to provide pastoral services whick include prayer, food, visitation and transportation to members of Trinity.
MINISTRY AND OUTREACH
Mission: To organize outreach programs and ministry events and oversee distribution of outreach and missionary funds in the Highland Lakes community.
LEGAL AND FINANCE
Mission: To oversee the accounting, annual audit, budget, risk management, investments, planned giving and legal affairs of Trinity Parish
LONG RANGE PLANNING
Mission: To discern the future financial, program, and facility needs for Trinity Parish. Develop plans to respond to those needs for presentation to the Vestry.
PARISH LIFE
Mission: To organize and oversee parish events including Rally Day, Blessing of the Animals, Advent Event, Burning of the Greens, Annual Parish Meeting Luncheon, Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, Lenten Suppers, the Parish Picnic and other social events of the parish.
PROPERTY AND GROUNDS
Mission: To provide for the maintenance of the church and grounds, landscaping, sanctuary and church decor, property, equipment, and building use.
STEWARDSHIP
Mission: To develop and implement a year around program of stewardship focused on the belief that Stewardship is all that I do with all that I have after I say "I believe."
